âś… Our Services

We offer professional:

  • Standard Cleaning
  • Deep Cleaning
  • Move‑In / Move‑Out Cleaning
  • Office Cleaning

Optional add‑on services include window cleaning, oven and fridge cleaning, laundry, and balcony cleaning. These must be requested in advance.


âś… Access to Your Property

Please ensure we can access the property at the agreed time.
If we arrive and cannot gain access, this will be treated as a no‑show, and a no‑show fee will apply.


âś… Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are shared before the appointment.
  • Payment is due on the day of service.
  • A 30% deposit is required for:
    • Deep cleans
    • Move‑in / move‑out cleans
    • Bookings over R800
    • First‑time clients

đź”” Deposits are non‑refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment.


âś… Cancellations

  • Cancel 24 hours or more before the appointment: No charge
  • Cancel within 24 hours: 50% fee
  • No‑show or cancellation on arrival: 100% fee

Once work is completed, refunds are not offered. However, if you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will fix the issue at no extra cost.

To ensure the best service, please:

  • Provide accurate booking details
  • Secure pets during the cleaning
  • Ensure water and electricity are available
  • Clear clutter from surfaces where possible
  • Inform us of any fragile or delicate items

  • Arrive on time
  • Use safe and appropriate cleaning products
  • Treat your property with care and respect
  • Follow the agreed cleaning checklist
  • Report any accidental damage immediately

âś… Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Pre‑existing damage
  • Undisclosed fragile items
  • Reactions to cleaning products not discussed beforehand

âś… Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction matters to us.
Any concerns reported within 24 hours of service completion will be addressed free of charge.


âś… Ending the Service

Either party may end the service with reasonable notice. Any outstanding amounts for completed work remain payable.
